Yes. Every new colour service, transformation or significant restyle begins with a consultation, booked on a separate day from your appointment. It lets us assess the condition of your hair, understand what you're hoping for, and reserve exactly the time your service needs. It's how we can promise you the right result rather than a rushed compromise.
Colour done properly is colour that's been planned. The consultation gives us time to prepare your formula, and hold the right amount of time in the schedule.

450-446-8740 or email reception@salonadelia.ca during opening hours.
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Inside that window, a fee of 50% of the service applies. Time held for you can't be offered to anyone else once the day has begun.

We'll still welcome you, though we may need to adapt or shorten the service to protect the appointments that follow. Beyond 15 minutes, we may need to rebook you.
